ESCARGOT – baked in garlic butter green onions and topped with Asiago cheese
FONDUE – Rich creamy fondue made with Lillet Aperitif wine, and fontina, gorgonzola, and Asaigo cheeses. Finished with bacon and scallions. Served with bread.
